The Yaesu FV-301 external VFO with analog display and also supports 11 fixed crystal positions (crystals not supplied).
It is designed to work with the FT-301/301D transceiver. It is powered from the transceiver.
The FV-301 has a built in crystal calibrator (25 kHz / 100 kHz).
Frequency range:  5 to 5.5 MHz. Stability:  100 Hz in any 30 minute period after warm-up.
