The Alinco DJ-V17T 2 meter HT built to stand up to the elements!. It is ruggedly built to IPX7 standards meaning it can be submersed in 3 feet of water for up to 30 minutes. This 5 watt radio has 200 memories, and back-lit alphanumeric display and direct keypad frequency entry. The receive range is 130-173.995 MHz. Tuning steps are:  5, 10, 12.5, 15, 20, 25 and 30 kHz. A strong 500 mW audio amp provides big audio. A variety of charging adapters are available.

Each DJ-V17T comes standard with:  EDC-146 AC charger adapter, EBP-65 Ni-MH battery and removable EA-0141 SMA flexible antenna, belt clip and hand strap. Only 2.28 x 3.78 x 0.57 inches 3.6 oz. (102 g).

The Alinco DJ-V27T is similar to the DJ-V17T, but covers the 220 MHz band instead of the 2 meter band. Transmit is 222 - 224.995 MHz and receive is 216 - 249.995 MHz. 5 watts.

The Alinco DJ-V47T is similar to the DJ-V17T, but covers the 440 MHz band instead of the 2 meter band. Transmit is 430 - 449.995 MHz and receive is 410 - 469.995 MHz. 4.5 watts.
